  8. So this is my photography teacher who’s also the school music teacher and conducts the spring concert. I took this picture during this year’s concert and thought it was one of my better shots. He’s helped me realize the extent of my talent and urged me to apply to MFAA for this summer. So I got an 8x10 print of it and framed it and gave it to him during lunch last week. I swear he almost cried and he showed it to all the other teachers at the table and he hugged me and it made me feel like a really good person.

So my class is trying to design a t-shirt for our sophomore/freshman dance in the spring that will most likely be themed “Under the Sea.” We love the t-shirts that have a quote or phrase in a handwriting-like font, but because of that, in the past, we’ve had a few issues with the words we put on them looking like other words. For example in seventh grade our class t-shirts said, “Live Jesus, think sevies,” but it looked like, “Live Jesus, think sexy.” Also, our freshman class shirts said, “Get crazy, get loud,” but looked like, “Get crazy, get laid.”I really don’t want to be the person that brings up the issue with this design.
